Vietnam's eight gold medals were won by: Vo Ngoc Bao (Men's Fighting, U16, 56kg), Cai Hong Phuc / Nguyen Nhat Thien (Men's Duo Demonstration, U21), Tho Liem / Trinh Thi Anh Thu (Mixed Duo Demonstration, U18), Pham Tuong Vy (Women's Fighting, U21, 48kg), Vuong Tran Hoai Thuong (Women's Fighting, U21, 52kg), Tran Hong An (Women's Fighting, U21, 57kg), Tran Thi Thanh Ha (Women's 52kg, U21), and Nguyen Thu Hoai (Women's 70kg, U21).

The 2026 Asian Youth Ju-Jitsu Championship attracted 652 athletes from 25 countries and territories across Asia. Vietnam was represented by 22 athletes, competing in various events across the U16, U18, and U21 age categories.
In the overall medal standings, host nation Kazakhstan secured first place with 40 gold medals, 36 silver medals, and 38 bronze medals. Young Thailand jujitsu fighters came in second with 13 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and 8 bronze medals, while the UAE finished third with 7 gold medals, 7 silver medals, and 14 bronze medals. A total of 17 teams won medals in the competition.
Following the 2026 Asian Junior Jujitsu Championships, the Vietnamese jujitsu team will continue to compete in events for the 2026 Asian Championships, also to be held in Kazakhstan.
